Flour Tortillas
Does anyone have a good recipe for flour tortillas? I found one the other day, and it tastes good, but it is so hard to roll out. They end up being pretty thick (which is tasty, but not great for most things I'd use them for).
Andrea, I don't have a recipe but I know that Costco sells tortillas in the refrigerated section that are already formed but that you cook yourself. I have heard nothing but raves about them.
I wanted to second the Costco tortillas. The are sooooo yummy and freeze well.
